Food Courts
Food courts will provide plenty of tables, shade, and a place for you to highlight your menu to a hungry bunch of ticketholders. All food vendors will follow this pricing structure- please note there is no longer an additional food vendor surcharge.
Frontage MUST include tow bar and door opening space if required, as stalls will be immediately adjacent to one another. Frontage space includes a 5 m depth.
If you require greater than 5 metre depth for your stall there is a flat rate to access up to 10 metre depth. To help find you the perfect spot you can specify the exact depth in the "Additional Information" section about your stall.
Standard 240 V power is available in most areas for low-amerage items. One outlet is included in your site fee. Please select this item if you require access to standard power.
Limited direct water access is available in some locations. No hose or fittings are supplied.
All vehicles that enter the showgrounds are required to display a current car pass. One car pass is included with site pack. Car passes with registration numbers are to be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle.
Two stallholder weekend passes are included with each site, if your site stall exceeds $750 before any add-ons then two additional stallholder passes will be added to your application.
If additional stallholder passes are required you can purchase them during the application process for a discounted fee or later on the website at regular prices. A maximum of 5 discounted tickets is allowed.
All camping is strictly unpowered and site holders using electricity for camping will have power blocked and/or be removed from the grounds. Campers can use gensets if they require power for camping at the campground behind the showgrounds.
