Large agricultural stalls in agricultural designated areas will follow an incrementally tiered pricing structure, this means the rate per square meter reduces once your site exceeds 100m².  

First 36-100m²: $6.50/ m² 

Any area over 101m² +: $4.50/ m² 

Example calculation of area needed:

Stall size required is 15 m length and 10 m depth. 

Length x depth= area 15x10= 150m² 

So 100m² are purchased at the $6.50 rate and 50 m² are purchased at the $4.50 rate. 

Standard 240 V power is available in most areas for low-amerage items. One outlet is included in your site fee. Please select this item if you require access to standard power. 

Limited direct water access is available in some locations. No hose or fittings are supplied. 

All vehicles that enter the showgrounds are required to display a current car pass. One car pass is included with site pack.  Car passes with registration numbers are to be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle.  

Two stallholder weekend passes are included with each site, if your site stall exceeds $750 before any add-ons then two additional stallholder passes will be added to your application.

If additional stallholder passes are required you can purchase them during the application process for a discounted fee or later on the website at regular prices. A maximum of 5 discounted tickets is allowed.
