IMPORTANT CHANGES FOR 2025
Carpark
To access the carpark throughout the Show, you will need to purchase a carpark pass.
This is only available to 2-day ticketholders and will cost an additional $10.
Camping
In 2025, a $20 per campsite fee will be introduced.
To access camping in the showground, you will need to purchase a two-day ticket or submit a nomination.
Please note that camping fees are only available to participants or ticket holders.
No access to camping areas will be permitted without a camping ticket.

FAQs
Do I need a separate ticket for the rodeo?
Your show pass includes access to the Showgrounds including the rodeo. You must wear your wristband to access all of the bars.
How do I buy a ticket to the show?
Tickets can be purchased from this website and are available until midnight Thursday 17 July. After this time, tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. There is an additional fee at the “Show Day” rate, and you are encouraged to purchase beforehand.
What day is the rodeo on?
The rodeo is both days and will commence from 5:30pm. The Rodeo program will be released in late June.
I’m a competitor, do I need a wristband?
Yes, unless you are competing in the rodeo, you will need to pay to enter the show. Even if you enter the grounds before show day.
When can I set my site up?
Site set up will be available once you have collected your site pack. You will have access to the Showgrounds from Sunday 13 July until 4pm Thursday the 17 July. If there is any times outside of this, you will need to contact the Show Manager on showmanager@katherine.org.au
Can I leave early if I am a trader on Saturday?
As part of your site fee, you agree to trade until 6pm Saturday 19 July. Should you leave early, you will not receive your bond refund. Due to pedestrian safety and crowds, you will be unable to drive on-site until 10pm, or once the Operations Manager agrees.
Do I get a show pass if I have a site?
As part of your application, site stall holders will receive two wristbands. Please ensure you wear them on show days.

How many people attended the 2024 show?
Approx. 37,000 people through the gates over the two show days.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed onsite. They MUST be contained and at all times, walked on a lead. This includes non-show days prior to the show. Dog poo left around the site is UNACCEPTABLE. Please ensure you tidy up after your dog has relieved itself.
Can I camp on site?
In 2025, camping will be available at a cost of $20 per site. You will need to have a 2-day pass and a car pass.
You will need to bring all equipment, tent, swag.
If you are an exhibitor and want to camp on your site, please note that the space cannot exceed your site space. You will be asked to move your site if it goes over your allocated space.
The area where the food court is located is unsuitable for large camping set-ups. Only a swag or tent is suitable, based on the restricted space.
Can I smoke?
There are designated smoking areas on site. Smoking anywhere else is prohibited.
What time do the gates open?
Gates will be open from 6:00am on both 18 - 19 July.
Businesses will be trading from 8:00am.
When are the fireworks taking place?
The fireworks will held at 7.30pm Saturday 19 July
