The Katherine & District Show has always been a major event on the Katherine calendar drawing people from all over the region, from across the Territory and Northern Australia. Over 25,000 people regularly attend the show. Customers included urban, rural and pastoral peoples, and with July being the peak of the tourist season, visitors from other regions of the Northern Territory, Interstate and International travellers from all over the globe. With continued growth in the town and region, and with stronger promotion, the Katherine Show hopes to be bigger and better with a similar increase in 2008. So come and spend some time with us.
